A century later, the dhampir Rayne arrives in Deliverance, Montana, where vampire cowboys led by Billy the Kid are terrorizing the town. Billy, aiming to build his own kingdom, massacres townspeople and kidnaps children, sparing only a reporter, Newton Pyles. Rayne teams up with Pat Garrett, a Brimstone Society member, a crooked preacher, and a drifter named Franson to stop Billy and reveal the true story of how the West was won.
