Arnold Masters, a mental patient wrongfully imprisoned, learns astral projection from a fellow inmate. After his release, he uses this power to seek revenge on those he blames for his arrest, his mother’s death, and even rising meat prices. Meanwhile, two detectives pursue him, and his concerned psychiatrist, Dr. Scott, tries to stop the killings.
