Eight medical students on Easter vacation travel to a secluded cabin in the mountains. On the first night, a mysterious hiker tells them the story of a Nazi force that once occupied the area but was eventually chased into the mountains by the locals. However, the next morning, they discover that the Nazis haven't left; they've returned as zombies, intent on devouring anyone unfortunate enough to wander into the remote mountains where they were once sent to die.
