A 24-year-old man loses everything at the roulette table and decides to end his life, but a mysterious stranger interrupts him and invites him to join a “suicide club,” where cards determine who must die. When fate singles him out, he has only seven days to live. As he desperately seeks help and wanders through London, he meets a woman who gives him a new reason to want to survive.
